Apa yg menarik ttg rumah ni...
1. Rumah2 kat sini dibina berselang, means sebelah double storey, 3 storey, then double storey balik.. selang-selang gitu... Yg 3 storey optional kalau nak buat swimming pool kat balcony tingkat 1...Tapi aku prefer double storey..Utk 2 tingkat saja ada 5 jenis design yg berlainan.
2. Rumah yg aku nak tu type 2E, end lot.. Ada tanah dalam 10 kaki saja...Tu yg best tu.. tak mo besar2 tak larat nak maintain...bersempadan dgn padang (tak sure yg tu playground ke tak)
3. Yg paling aku suka ada court yard dalam rumah.. Ni yg aku selalu berangan kalau tgk majalah hiasan rumah..Cuba bayangkan ada taman dalam rumah... hihihi...
4. Porch dah tentu boleh muat 2 keta.. Dan sliding door dia sebelah tepi, so bila tgk keluar tak delah nampak keta, (dah end lot kan..)
5.Ada pond.. Tak sure dgn surenya mcmana dia berfungsi..tapi boleh recycle air ujan
6. Yg lain2 tu mcm features kat atas..mcm sekolah....
Since aku staff Sime Darby, so dapat potongan 5% on top of potongan 7% bumi. So aku grab la peluang ni kan..Kalau ada rezeki rumah tu akan jadi milik kami, kalau tak ada rezeki pun tak apa, aku redha... Kalau ada rezeki dan jadi milik kami tapi tak mampu nak maintain bayar bulan2 pun, boleh la di jual... Sapa nak beli?? roger ai... kekeke
